Front of House Restaurant Staff

Brettington’s Steak & Lobster House is looking for friendly, confident and reliable Front of House Restaurant Staff to join the team at our busy restaurant in the heart of Rochester.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, take pride in providing great service and can help create the warm, professional experience our guests expect at Brettington’s.

The role will involve:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service

• Taking food and drink orders accurately

• Serving food and drinks throughout lunch and dinner service

• Having a good understanding of our menus and helping guests with their choices

• Preparing tables and maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant

• Working closely with the kitchen and wider front of house team

• Supporting the team during busy services

We’re looking for someone who:

• Ideally has previous restaurant or hospitality experience

• Is friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers

• Is reliable, punctual and well presented

• Can remain organised and professional during busy periods

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

• Is flexible and available for a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts
