Chef Position

Brettington’s Steak & Lobster House is looking for a passionate and motivated Chef to join the kitchen team at our busy restaurant in the heart of Rochester.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys cooking with quality ingredients, and wants to be part of a supportive, professional kitchen environment.

The role will involve:

• Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard

• Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards

• Supporting service during busy periods

• Contributing ideas and maintaining consistency across the menu

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous kitchen experience (level dependent on role)

• Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure

• Takes pride in presentation and quality

• Is a team player with a positive attitude
